The bell has two means of use
1) air a nice even ding ding ding ding
2) cable pull 
I installed the cable keeper 5-1-2010 the CMO has had it for awhile but we have kept him really busy so i had a moment and asked if i could install it he said yes, gave me directions, so i did and here are the results.
